Method A — Measure an existing ring

Lay a ring you own on the strip and read the inside diameter in millimetres, then match it in the table.

Method B — Wrap your finger

Cut a thin paper strip, wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length (circumference). Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter.
