How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most made-to-order creations are completed within three to four weeks, depending on complexity and stone sourcing.
What is your shipping & returns policy?
Complimentary, fully insured delivery worldwide with signature on arrival. In-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days; bespoke commissions are final sale.
Do you provide resizing and aftercare?
Yes — every piece includes a lifetime warranty, complimentary first resizing and ongoing professional cleaning.
